Restricting Access to the Start Menu, Exproler, and Desktop

Here are a variety of measures banning the user menu on the start download,explorer, and the desktop. Suppose remove shutdown button as required to turn on the computer in 24 hours nonstop, or eliminate the explorer functionality to your harddisk, because the contents of hard drive should not be changed.
Set value 1 to activated
