Changing Color of Windows
Like it or not, display windows basic color is blue. To replace these warrants can be done via the registry. Do the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Control Panel> Colors
double click on windows and enter the RGB color combinations (use Adobe Photoshop to find the appropriate color combination).
